Dr. Scott Moffitt has been providing personalized dental care in Burien and the Seattle area for over 20 years. MEET DR. MOFFITT
Scott Moffitt, DDS
Dr. Moffitt grew up in Spokane and came west to earn his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in 1989. He received his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore dental school in 1994 and settled in his practice in Burien in 1998.
Dr. Moffitt is kind and caring. He takes a genuine interest in his patients and brings compassion to his work . Dr. Moffitt strives to ensure each patient’s dental work is complete and done well
and is one of “Seattle’s Top Dentists”.
He purchased the existing practice from Dr. Richard Bus which he started in the early 70s. Dr. Moffitt grew his practice and continues to treat the same patients spanning 3 generations over 45 years at the same location.
Dr. Moffitt comes from a dental family. His father was a pediatric dentist in Spokane for 35 years. He has two younger brothers Jason , a pediatric dentist, and Andy a prosthodontist.
Dr. Moffitt and his wife Jane have 3 children. He enjoys spending his time coaching and following his kids sports including basketball, soccer, baseball and lacrosse. In his spare time he golfs, hikes, travels and enjoys weekend cooking.
